Refund Policy

1. Our Service Commitment

At PassKey Technologies Limited, we are committed to providing a high-quality visa application assistance service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in compliance with UK consumer law.

2. Full Refund Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund of our service fee if we are unable to process or submit your application to the official etas.gov.so portal for any reason.

3. Government Fee

A portion of your total payment is the official application fee, which we pay directly to the Somali government's system (etas.gov.so) on your behalf.

Once your application is submitted and this fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. We have no control over this fee once it has been transferred to the government.

4. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right & Immediate Service

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel your order for a full refund.

However, by completing your purchase and agreeing to our Terms of Service, you explicitly request that we begin providing our service immediately.

You acknowledge that because our service is personalized and tied to the non-refundable government fee, you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. The service is considered fully performed at the moment we submit your completed application to etas.gov.so.

5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We provide an application assistance and submission service only. We do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision on all applications is made solely by the Government of Somalia.

Application rejections by the government are not eligible for a refund of either the service fee or the government fee.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request an eligible refund, please contact us at support@evisasomali.com with your application reference number and details. We will respond promptly and guide you through the process.

7. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
